Site Description

Level lawned site by lakeside ( no fishing )and mixed woodland, with easy access. Mown circular lakeside walk. Quiet peaceful site, not overlooked. Renovated working wind pump by lake. Ideal for bird watching. Village post office /shop and pub 0.25 miles away. Market town with traditional butchers, local bakery, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, various take-away food outlets only two miles. Local information, brochures, route planners, etc, available at our tourist information desk at all times.

Site Charges

Site = £11 per night including electricity
£1 extra per night with awnings.
Visitors £1 per person.

Local Attractions

On the doorstep of the lovely Lincolnshire Wolds, wonderful picturesque walking country, cycle routes all around. Local woodland walks, dog walks in abundance. Country lanes, country pubs, quiet drives and local market towns with traditional markets , farmers markets, massive car boot sale every Sunday 7 miles from site. Also open evey day, the hugely famous Hemswell Antique Centres also within 15 minutes drive. Lincoln and its magnificent Cathedral 20 minutes away ( The Famous Lincoln Christmas market is well worth a winter visit ). There is also golf and the Market Rasen racecourse three miles from site. Or just laze and enjoy our site, with its lake ( feed the fish ) and birdwatch in our well established woodlands. Something for all on our strictly adults only site.
