Site Description

"Escape To The Country" to rural Lincolnshire at Mere Oaks CL with country life and seclusion on our one acre level lawned site with ample space to stretch your legs and take it easy for a while. We are within easy reach of the historic city of Lincoln with its splendid cathedral, castle, marina, university, paved shopping area and fine examples of Roman Lincoln. We have local interests to please all the family including woodland walks opposite the site, fishing lakes, horse riding school and livery. Within easy walking distance we also have a very popular 9-hole golf course with modern clubhouse. A village pub serving excellent meals is just three miles away. The scenic Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, is only half an hour away (15 miles) and is well worth a visit. Our site is open all year and pets and children are welcome. We take pride in the upkeep of our site and try to maintain the grass to the best of our ability for the benefit of all our clients, but to do this we can only allow "grass friendly" groundsheets.
