Very level,dry ground.Hardstanding in winter if needed.Hookups.
Seven fishing lakes-carp,coarse and trout.
Very nice walks by woodland and lakes,ideal for birdspotters.
Near to battle of britain memorial flight,lincs aviation museum and thorpe camp visitor centre.
Pub within short walking distance,which was once used by the dambusters.
