Leave m6 at junction 32 onto A6 to Garstang, Travel about 5 miles and turn right at Rogers garage into New Lane, after 1/2mile turn right into Ducketts Lane, 1/2 mile tun left into May Lane, 1 1/2miles to a tee junction crossing, turn left into Gonder Lane,500 yards turn 1st right into Bleasdale Lane, after about 1 1/2 mile turn left into Broadgate Farm, sign is in at road end.
